I am a post-doctoral researcher interested generally in neuropsychology of clinical psychological disorders. My present role involves work on multisensory processing in Schizophrenia, using EEG; considering the potentially unique manner in which people with schizophrenia perceive the external world, and how better understanding this could help us to explain aspects of the symptoms and aetiology of the disorder. I have also studied PTSD and aggression using MEEG, as well as examining olfactory and endocrinological aspects of these phenomena.
 
I am currently conducting my own DFG-funded project (GEPRIS) looking at the way memory is processed in people with PTSD, using EEG and tACS to examine the neurophysiological correlates of contextual memory processing.
